aventron's Annual General Meeting approves the 2022 capital increase

At the 16th Annual General Meeting on 21 April 2022, the Annual General Meeting approved a further capital increase. The existing share capital of CHF 48,987,135.00 will be increased by a maximum of 5,217,391 new registered shares, with a par value of one Swiss franc. The registered shares will be issued at the issue price of CHF 11.50 per share. The shareholders' equity will thus increase by a maximum of CHF 60 million. Annual result and dividend

aventron was able to present its shareholders with a very successful financial year. The aventron Group as a whole generated a positive result after taxes and minorities of CHF 16.9 million in 2021 (previous year: CHF 12.7 million). This corresponds to earnings per share of CHF 0.35. At CHF 37.2 million, the operating result (EBIT) is 18% higher than in the previous year. In relation to net sales, the EBIT margin is 30.1% (30.4%).  The voting shareholders, who represented a total of 95.0% of the share votes, approved the annual report and the 2021 accounts without any dissenting votes. The general meeting followed the proposal of the Board of Directors and decided to pay a dividend of CHF 0.29 per share (previous year CHF 0.26).

Elections

The current members of the Board of Directors, Dr. Conrad Ammann (Chairman), Priscilla Leimgruber, Martin Schaub, Michael Stalder, Beat Huber, Nicolas Wyss and Thomas Bitzi were re-elected for a further term of office until 2023.
